Among the nation’s major restaurant chains, In-N-Out is still supreme when it comes to the satisfaction of its workers.
The California-based burger chain took the top spot for a 10th straight year
The annual report by William Blair spans 11 years and is built on over 530,000 reviews of almost 90 restaurant brands, according to Nation’s Restaurant News.
This year’s study found that when they weren’t serving up Double-Doubles and Animal-Style fries, 91 percent of In-N-Out workers would recommend the job to a friend.
If I was the CEO or Head of US operations for the other restaurants, I would be buying Lynsi Snyder dinner at the restaurant of her choice and asking how she does it .. Most of those workers hate their jobs .. Starbucks pays well, offers great benefits, will even pay for you to go to college.. and they STILL have stores that want to “unionize”.
Lynsi must be doing something right!!!

INDIA: Tragedy … An Air India passenger plane carrying more than 200 people crashed this morning after taking off from an airport in the Indian city of Ahmedabad.
Air India flight AI 171 bound for London's Gatwick Airport, crashed into a residential area called Meghani Nagar five minutes after taking off at 1:38 p.m. local time, according to Faiz Ahmed Kidwai, the director general of the directorate of civil aviation. There were 242 passengers and crew members onboard the flight.
There are no local reports yet about casualties on the ground ..

CHINA: The deal is done !! .. The White House announced that a deal with China has been reached. They took pictures and everything.
What does this mean? .. Well.. Tariffs on both sides were lowered (but still there) .. China will resume supplying “rare earth elements” (upfront, according to the Orange Man) … The US will resume granting Chinese student visas… and a bunch of other stuff “advance talks” .. meaning.. nothing is really happening..
What does all this REALLY mean? .. I mean.. China will continue stealing US technology.. some of the “students” on visas will continue to spy .. and nothing really has changed from last year except Trump will say he “Won” something..

ISRAEL: Argentina’s President Milei is following the USA and moving their Embassy in Israel to Jerusalem. When the US did this in 2018 there was a lot of kicking and screaming, despite the US Congress voting to do it in 1999.
The move is controversial (and was when the US did it, too) because both Israelis and Palestinians claim Jerusalem as their capital. While Israel considers the entire city its capital, Palestinians see East Jerusalem as the capital of a future Palestinian state.

OHIO: There are factory leaks… and then there are Factory leaks.. Probably among the worst are Factory leaks from…. an EXPLOSIVES FACTORY !!!
Residents of Vinton, OH in a three mile radius were evacuated until the nitrogen oxide gas dissipated. The leak involved about 100 gallons and occurred after a reaction in the tank forced some kind of pressure release. .. No injuries reported ..

I want you all to get behind the RAJ-PLAN .. Max 10 years for House (5 Terms)… 12 for the Senate (2 Terms) and you cannot serve more than 10 years past Social Security full retirement age.. (Currently, 67) ..
If you put this plan to a vote… and tell all currently serving people that the clock starts today.. so.. you serve 10-12 years MORE from now.. I think you have HALF a shot of passing it..
ATTENTION DR PEPPER DRINKERS: There has been a recall on loads of “Dr Pepper Zero”. 19000 cans have been recalled because instead of having Zero sugar they had …..100 Sugar.. as in 100%.. They put Regular Dr Pepper in the wrong cans !!! OOPS !!!
Now, this might seem funny.. and it is.. but it wouldn’t be if you were diabetic and downed all that sugar .. So, when we’re sure no one get sick.. We’ll laugh. Deal??

Guilty.. Kinda.. on some counts…In the Harvey Weinstein case.. The jurors informed Judge Curtis Farber that they have reached a split verdict: guilty on Count 1 of a criminal sexual act in the first degree against Miriam Haley, not guilty of the same charge involving Kaja Sokola and no verdict on Jessica Mann.
They will continue to deliberate.. but.. kinda a mess.. and again.. a waste of time.. He is going back to LA to sit in prison, anyway….
