The Supreme Court is expected to rule today on the extent of Presidential Immunity a President can claim ..

Again, I expect them to rule Presidential Immunity from prosecution and lawsuits is very broad concerning “official acts” but not completely overreaching for “non-official” acts…

I mean .. you cannot open up a President to civil liability for things like calling for an airstrike to kill terrorists .. and… Impeachment and trial in the Senate is the remedy for dealing with “malfeasance” while President ..

But, if the world finds out an ex-President was taking bribes while in office there has to be SOME kind of consequence.. Right?? ..

France’s far-right National Rally (RN) party has won a resounding victory in the first round of the country’s snap parliamentary elections.

Pollsters IFOP, Ipsos, OpinionWay and Elabe showed Marine Le Pen’s RN winning about 34 percent of the vote. The left-wing New Popular Front (NFP) coalition looked set to seal about 29 percent, and President Emmanuel Macron’s centrist Ensemble alliance about 20.5 percent.

It looks like Macron will be a lame duck President until 2027 .. unless he resigns before that ..

Longtime Trump ally Steve Bannon is scheduled to report to a federal prison in Connecticut on Monday to serve a four-month sentence on contempt charges for defying a subpoena in the congressional investigation into the US Capitol attack.

A judge had allowed Bannon to stay free for nearly two years while he appealed, but ordered him to report to prison Monday after an appeals court panel upheld his contempt of Congress convictions.
